   Bought this chopper after rolling my knives edge every time I had to clean a hard boned fish after a fishing trip. Medium sharp brand new. This chopper is meant to be sharpen first by its new master before service. Sharpen my new Kau Kong using stones obtained from Pete’s also. Razor sharp now and cuts bone like hot knife through butter. Simply love this chopper.
