Description

Handle – 110mm, full tang. 3 stainless steel rivets. Material = laminated wood with resin impregnated (antibacterial).

Blade – 150mm, double beveled (80/20). Material = ZCD-U carbon steel (1.05% carbon content with addition of vanadium and tungsten – better edge retention and rust resistance*). Blade hardness – Rockwell c 60+/-

Function:

For slicing, dicing and carving. Meat, fish, vegetable, chicken, poultry and fruits.

Virgin Carbon Steel – smithed from raw iron. It is very pure and less impurities (very low sulfur content).

*maintenance is important, wipe clean and dry every time after each used to prevent rust.
