   Surprisingly good considering the price. Comfortable grip and reasonably sharp out of the box. Easy to sharpen.

   Cheap but good molybdenum vanadium steel blade paring knife. Comes new reasonably sharp. A quick sharpening job on the 1000, 2000 & 5000 grit stones (all available from Pete’s also) will make this paring knife really sharp.
