Excellent customer service, delivery was most satisfactory. This Shirogami Deba was razor sharp out of the box and comes with a comfortable wooden handle. Covers petty much all the fish filleting I’ll be doing but more importantly i find this blade is more of a work of art than just a cutting tool and it is affordable.
