Bought this after reading rave reviews on the net. The blade came in a nice box. First impression is that the knife is huge even for a 210mm and weighs a fair bit. It’s a little heavy towards the handle but still feels great when held. Chopping and slicing is very easy as the knife was razor sharp. My dad liked it straight away when he first used it.. And saying that the old knives at his house are rubbish compared to the tojiro. Taking the hint.. I packed it up and gave it my mum for them to take home with them. Got to get myself another now..

Absolutely love this knife. It’s razor sharp, well balanced ,great feel in hand. Capable slice a tomato horizontally, one-handed, without sawing.
